T/T= Telegraphic Transfer

1. We only accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in Japanese Yen. If you are unable to make payments in Yen, please contact us.
2. The deposit can be made via Western Union. Please make payment to "Yoshiki Yamashita". The address and phone number can be found on the contact page
3. When a deposit is refunded, a standard bank fee will be deducted. An unsuccessful bid charge (1000 Yen per bid) will also be deducted from the deposit.
4. The cancellation cannot be made after your bid has been deemed successful.
5. If your bid is successful, the balance of the payment is required within five business days including the date of the auction. Your deposit is non refundable if a payment is not made within this time frame.
6. In case the vessel to your destination is not available for more than one month, there will be a parking fee for 10,000 Yen per month.
7. There will be an extra fee for terminal handling / vanning / drag for container shipment.
8. There will be an extra transportation fee from the auctions which are far from the nearest port. Please see the Auction Basics page for details.
9. In the case of a CIF price, we will place insurance on the vehicle while it is shipped until it reaches the port of the desitination country. This insurance only covers the total loss of the vehicle.
10. There are no warranties on the vehicles. All the vehicles are sold as-is.
11. We are not responsible for any delay or failure upon fulfillments of all or part of this contract directly or in directly owing to any cause or circumstance beyond the control of us, the seller, including any act of God, war, warlike conditions, hostilities, revolution, riot, governmental order or restriction, strike, lockout, or other dispute.
12. This contract will be governed in all respects by the laws of Japan.
