A: We accept Bank Transfers (T/T). The deposit for auction purchases can be made via Western Union.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: If your auction bid is successful, the balance of the payment is required within five business days including the date of the auction.

A: We are a legitimate business with an automotive dealer license. We also have references from many accredited organizations in Japan. Please see below.

Q: What is FOB?
A: FOB is the abbreviation for "Free on Board". FOB price includes cost of vehicle, all export arrangements, delivery of the vehicle to port of export and loading onto the vessel. FOB does not include shipping costs from Japan to your country nor any insurance coverages.
Q: Are there warranties on the vehicles?
A: No, there is no warranty because there’s no need. Before you bid at the Japanese auctions, we’ll send you an "auction sheet" prepared by a professional inspector. The auction sheet outlines the mechanical conditions, exterior and interior conditions including hidden problems such as odometer rollback, flood damage, accidents. So purchasing a vehicle at Japanese auto auctions is the safest way to purchase your vehicle.
Q: Can you ship vehicles in a container?
A: Yes. It is very advisable to transport your vehicle in a container. Because a container will not be opened until its final destination, it minimizes problems. You will also save on shipping fees. For example, we can ship 1 large size or 2 small size vehicle within a 20FT container or 3 medium size or 4 to 5 small size vehicles within a 40FT container.
